A Home Builder Help Centre

Welcome to the Swindon Aircraft Timber Company website. A brief description of how the business came about and its history are on the History page, together with a few words about me, just so that you know who you are dealing with. And it will be me (or my wife, Carol) that you are dealing with. This business is very much part-time and we have to fit it in around our “day jobs”, so please bear with us if we don’t manage to respond to your enquiries as soon as you would like, but please be assured that we will get to you as quickly as we can.

Our aim is to provide a service to the small community of people that build and maintain light aircraft, particularly those aircraft constructed from wood, whether vintage or modern; factory built or home-built. To that end, if you need help sourcing raw materials or specialist components or particular tools to move your project forward, or come across items that you think others could benefit from, please do let us know and we’ll try to help.
